As Schools Closed in March, YDC Kampot Mercy Ministries Continued

When schools closed in March due to global COVID-19 lockdowns, Vuthy and Srey Nech began making house visits to elderly community members. They delivered meals and prayed over homes and families for protection and for them to come to know the love of Jesus.

Shortly before schools closed, YDC Kampot and Oil of Joy staff members teamed up to make coconut oil soap and educate school children about the importance of washing their hands, particularly during the pandemic.

👋 Hey, small business owners, rural chamber of commerce members, Main Street directors, and community leaders … I'm Korina, your fiery small-town content expert! And I’m on a mission to fire up business and tourism in (very) small towns by providing small businesses owners and community leaders with DIY content solutions. Why? Because in 2012, I ventured off to the big city to learn corporate content secrets as a global travel writer, and I discovered that small towns and rural communities are FULL of special treasures and attractions that off-grid and slow travelers want to see. But they are sooooo hard to find online! 😭 And nine times out of 10, when slow travelers are looking for attractions in your state, county, or town, they will end up on a corporate travel site, which reaps the financial benefits that your small businesses and rural town coffers could be receiving. Any of this making a lick of sense? If not, that’s ok! I’m happy to sit down over a cup of coffee or a pop at the quick trip and show you exactly how SEO and the content family circle works — and it DOES work — to grow (very) small businesses and communities. As your small-town content expert, explaining this content stuff is my job! And, I’ve been told that I’m pretty dang good at it. 🥹 A content solution for your small business is just a 20-minute phone call away. We can even chat while you’re driving between fields or after you’ve fed cattle. 💝
